| Responsibilities |
Provide legal support, legal guidelines and advice to the business unit Head,Assist in structuring and providing advice on transactions, particularly in relation to property and financial matters in Singapore, cross-border transactions including China and India, Draft, review and analyze legal documents and participate in contract negotiations, Assist in the management of and liaison with external solicitors in commercial, civil, criminal and other legal matters, Manage and supervise the corporate secretariat function of the Group and ensure its efficient administration and compliance with relevant laws; attend board meetings, prepare minutes and ensure proper maintenance of corporate records |
| Requirements |
LLB (Hons) preferably called to the Singapore Bar, Minimum 7 years of PQE in a legal firm or as an in-house counsel in listed companies, Preferably experience in cross border transactions and familiar with real estate industry and listed real estate funds, A good team-player and able to work independently under tight deadlines, Possess good interpersonal and communication skills, Willing to travel to overseas |
